How good I am at expressing feelings.
Other people: There's a hole in me, and I'm falling deeper and deeper. I've tried numerous times to get out of that hole, but with each attempt, I just get deeper and deeper. I don't know what I should do anymore. People reach out to me, but I don't know how to take their helping hand. I feel like I'm stuck in a rut. I can't get out. I don't know what to do to get rid of this feeling.
